What could I do about my jealousy?

I could meditate more, do more yoga, get more physical exercise, dancing, swimming, live in my body more.

But I would like to have a clearly much more successful life than any of the people I have known for a long time.
Frankly I don't really care whether I'm "happy" or not.
Then I would feel vindicated.
I could practice deliberately switching my emotional state (as per my direct experience - breathing, tightness in my chest etc.) as per the Necker-cube process.
Experiencing my experience (thoughts + sensations in my body) vs. having concepts about my experience.
