Monitors and maintains system security
Installs, upgrades and configures workstation and software
Provides technical guidance and support to junior employees on software installation procedures
Investigates, recommends and assists customers with workstation software purchases
Troubleshoots and repairs hardware and software for workstations
Troubleshoots and repairs configuration problems
Assists with troubleshooting network problems
Provides recovery support for customer data
Documents computing support methods and procedures
Distributes and/or installs custom application software and provides training to the customer or to other technical staff
Must be able and willing to receive complex tasks and execute them with little to no supervision
